From April 30 to May 2 at InterContinental Geneva Hotel will be held the GIS for a Sustainable World Conference. Co-hosted by UNITAR’s Operational Satellite Application Programme (UNOSAT), and Esri, the event explores how Esri’s ArcGIS platform empowers the international community to achieve the global goals.

The conference promote social accountability values like peer collaboration and global issues. GIS technology can be used to achieve important targets such as building a better world by ending poverty, inequality, climate change, improving health, and more.
